Defining Core Values
Users appreciate each others by giving Stars. Stars are given for demonstrating company core values. Your Talentrio account is initiated with 5 default core values. You can edit these or choose or define your core values in the system.
You can define up to 10 core values however we recommend that you choose 4-6 values. During the setup, you can also choose core values from the library of over 60 values. Note that the core values can be edited anytime in the future without losing past data.
Core Values can only be edited by Account Owner (the person who created the organization account first).
Inviting Users
Once you have defined the Core Values you can add users and additional setup can be done afterwards. To add users all you need is list of user email ids.
