We have released Talentrio with some new functionality. Here are the key enhancements:
WorkDesk
We have separated Assignments from Feedback and enhanced the whole functionality by naming it as WorkDesk. Under WorkDesk, users can add "Tasks" and then save them as To-Dos (which are meant just for themselves) or can be Published as Assignments.
This gives each user, a power to add their own Work Management items and track progress and notes without to involving "The Manager".
More control over Newsfeed Share
Now, Talentrio allows Account Owners to change Newsfeed Spread settings and choose from:
- 1st Level (Receiver, Manager, and people reporting to their manager)
- 2nd Level (1st level + Manager's Manager and all people under them up to the person's level and one level down)
- Share with ALL in organization
User control over Assessors
Now the users can select and manage their own assessors, in this way they are not dependent on their managers to ensure that they get feedback.
Bulk Reinvites (Admin)
Now, under Settings -> Employees -> Invitation Pending tab you can reinvite all pending invites with one click of a button
With this release, we have made Talentrio more flexible and given users more power!
