Talentrio allows you to add Tasks as a list of things to do. Tasks can be added from a Task Template or Tasks can be blank task without any items. Task Templates are created by Admins in your organization to standardize certain work processes that are repeated by many.
Once items are added to the Task, a task can be saved as "To-Do" or can be published as an Assignment.
A To-do is the user's own tracking list where they can track completion as well as add notes to the items in the To-Do list.
An Assignment is to facilitate feedback and interaction between the user and their manager (or another assessor). Items in Assignments are tied to competencies on which the user can receive Thumbs Up, Ok or Strike.
