Only a person’s manager or designated assessors can give feedback against competencies. Assessors can be added by the person’s manager or by the person. Use of assessors creates a “matrix organisation” and allows for feedback to be collected in one place by multiple people – in real time. Assessors can also give assignments to the person (more on assignments in later questions).
